Due to the nature of scented products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds based on fragrance preference.
That said, your experience matters — and we want you to love what you’ve received. If you're unhappy with your order, please email us at

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, we will replace it right away — no questions asked.
Please notify us within 5 business days of receipt and include:
A photo of the damage (or incorrect product)
The order number or your full name and purchase date
Send details to [email protected], and we’ll take care of the rest.
🎁 Event Registrations, Digital Products & Wholesale
Event Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred.
Digital Products are final sale.
Wholesale Orders operate under separate purchase terms and are not eligible for retail policies unless otherwise stated.
